ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES

Construction preparation and implementation is subject to a great degree of paperwork and negotiations with the authorities. The engineering activities ensure the discussion of the project documentation with all respective authorities and obtaining approvals for the building permit.

Provision of binding opinions, opinions, and expressions

• of the authorities concerned and network administrators necessary for the issue of planning permissions
• provision of expressions of the available parties to the proceedings
• provision of the necessary documents for the territorial proceedings
• negotiations on conditions for exclusion from the agricultural land resources
• negotiations on conditions for the binding DO and SS opinions

Submission of the application for the planning permission

• participation in negotiations within the territorial proceedings
• participation in appeal proceedings against the zoning permit

Organization and coordination

• participation in obtaining credits and grants

Within the preparation of the necessary documents and during the engineering work, it is necessary to take into account all time limits of all authorities which the construction concerns.
